I found myself in hot water with the IRS after I did not file taxes for afew years and owed them. I recieved a certified letter from them finally that terrified me and I simply did not know where to turn, a friend at work gave me Krassy's number. Not only has Krassy organized me and stayed with me through the whole mess, she has insite on how to handle them. She advised me on everything and saw that I was a middle aged women that makes a modest living who simply made a mistake and did not charge me even close to what she should have....and every meeting I had with her always ended with me not having a nervous break down about the whole thing...that there was a light at the end of the tunnel and this could be dealt with...
I was lucky to find her, she knows her business inside and out I would trust her with anything. And the most interesting part is she actually likes dealing with all this and is excellent at it. I would tell anyone dealing with the IRS or tax issues to call Krassy.

I had not filed my taxes for several years. When the time came that I absolutely had to catch them up, I contacted several CPAs and tax preparers, but was unable to find anyone willing to take on such a challenge and assist me with my tax returns.
A friend referred me to Krassy, and she was the answer to my prayers. She is highly professional and has a passion for, and dedication to, helping and fighting for her clients.
If you have ever found yourself involved with the IRS, you know what a nightmare it can be. Issues with the IRS, include inexperienced help desk employees and less than helpful agents. It is basically a one sided battle which is designed to almost guarantee that you will lose.
Krassy guided me thru the IRS red tape and procedures. That included her spending many hours on the phone waiting to get in contact with the correct agent, along with trying to chasing down needed phone numbers. The IRS is not very helpful when they have your feet to the fire. They are only interested in how much money that they can pile up in penalties, fees, and interest. It appears that their mission is to cause you as much stress as possible so that you will give up your fight and pay whatever they decide you owe them, even if you dont owe them all the money that they claim.
I would never have been able work my way thru the system and get everything straightened out without all of Krassys hard work, support, and dedication. Even when faced with roadblocks and setbacks thrown at us, her determination to get these problems resolved was gratifying. I truly feel fortunate to have had her in my corner fighting for me. Often during our appointments, I walked out of the office with more hope that this was going to be resolved better than I expected than when I arrived.
