- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes, we have a simple formula for pricing...we know how tight money is at startup time, so we allow our new clients to spread costs over 6 months. We rent them a custom website for $198 (startup costs), and then $99 per month for 6 months. This gets them a website and mobile website. Our other monthly services, if needed, are all $99 per month and include: unlimited writing; unlimited graphic design; unlimited social media management and unlimited marketing assistance. We offer one time services as well, including: business tool setup for communication and creation of estimates and invoicing. We also offer business set up services at $399. Mentoring for new companies is always FREE, and we can also do your sales training (online) as needed for $99 month.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide and online form that they complete on their own so that we understand their business; their goals, timing, existing tools, etc. Once we have that form, we do an online conference to pull things together and gain an understanding of the clients needs, timing, concerns, etc. We tend to lead the way, feeling that it is better to put in place visuals and written words that can be reviewed and edited, rather than depending on the client to do this initial work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I handled the graphic designs for Cadillac for three years when I first entered the marketing business. I eventually started a sales career, but first attended the Dale Carnegie Sales Course, which helped me to sell nearly $80 million in projects. I have started multiple companies, so understand how to start up, run and manage a successful venture.
