What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Always! I am currently in an additional certification program for coaching. I am also studying in an anti-aging regenerative medicine fellowship!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to help people with their life. Be it career, family or eating healthy. I blend neuroscience, holistic health and life coaching to meet the needs of the whole person
What types of customers have you worked with?
I work with menopause symptoms, weight gain/loss, ADD, adrenal fatigue and fibromyalgia. When strictly Life Coaching, I help the client discover their goals and support them to see what is blocking their way. We work together weekly to create the change they desire!
