Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. We do a lot of laptop repairs. It's good to have them professionally cleaned and on a regular basis. Laptops should not be left on for long durations as they have very little room for air to circulate through them. Dust & pet hair may be especially problematic.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. The term "Refurbished" does not mean the item was damaged or broken. They could be the products which are returned by the customer within the Returns Policy of the company that sold the product, without any defect with the product.
Refurbished may mean "maintenance and cleaning" yet also could mean extensive repairs that brought the product back to a desirable and fully functional state again.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. A basic idea of what a customer does with their computer will help us...help them make an informed decision on a new purchase.
For example a gamer would want more power than someone who just checks email and does basic web browsing.

If a customer is selling their computer to us please allow up to 24 hours for our technicians to run tests and gather information.

A. Most times customers ask me what we can pay for their laptop or computer. In order to do a quote we need to know the brand, condition and specs on the machine.
Without actually having a technician inspect the machine we cannot give 100% accurate quote over the phone.

It's like guessing what kind of soup is in a Campbell's Soup can with no label :)
