This company is a family team and was very thorough in the work that was done. They are very organized and had a checklist of tasks to be completed. As they did their initial review of the rooms to be cleaned as I wanted, they also pointed out additional places that needed to be cleaned (e.g. One room had wall paper and we just thought the walls were very dirty. It turnd out there mold growing underneath that needed to be cleared out). The estimated time for completion was three hours but due to the extent of work they did, it took them an additional hour. My only regret is I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I would recommend this company for any house cleaning work that needs to be completed. There are some areas that are extra (e.g. basement areas) but if you don't have a lot of work, they are willing to negotiate an amicable quote.

I have a huge complaint about the move in/deep clean service I received yesterday. Nothing was hardly done on your "deep clean checklist" nor were any of the add ons I asked for done. I have pictures to prove. I am not pleased. This was NOT a $350 service, I even tipped!! Someone needs to come back to the house ASAP to do the job correctly & someone will be here to make sure of it. We are moving in Saturday and I wanted this move in ready clean! •Floors not sweeped/vacuumed throughout house (incl bathrooms) •Baseboards not washed •Lights on fan in kitchen not dusted •Counters not wiped •Fridge not cleaned (add on) •Microwave not cleaned (add on) •Window sills not cleaned •Walls not spot cleaned (add on) •Inside of cupboards not cleanded •Toilets not cleaned •Basement bathroom NOT EVEN TOUCHED (this was included in the number of bathrooms on my booking) •Appliances not shined •Cupboards not wiped out (add on) Office manager is an absolute joke. Tried calling to make this right, tried to give them the benefit of the doubt to see if they would be willing to send someone back out to do the job as promised upon booking, but instead she started to scream at me over the phone and wouldn't let me speak. Kept saying she just got in. Frankly I don't care, you can still listen. Was being very condescending and rude. Telling me that I WAS the immature one and not acting like an adult, but here she is screaming at her dissatisfied customer rather than listening yo my concerns and trying to make it right. As a customer, I have never been treated so horribly. Kept stating my card would not be charged becauase I was not satisfied with the booking, but asked her how I will be guaranteed that since they require my card number number upon booking and have it on file, and I don't trust just a verbal confirmation. Her response: "BECAUSE IM TELLING YOU??!" I had to ask her to send me written confirmation that I will not be charged. Continued to scold me over the phone, wouldn't let me talk, and scream at me acting like it's my fault her company didn't do their damn job. Then hung up on me and wouldn't answer my call backs. Horrible company!! Will never use them again pr recommend!!!! Find someone else!! Here is how she starts off her email to me, you know, as the "professional": "It seems as though a phone conversation is out of the question. We can do this all through writing so maturity, manners, and professionalism can take place." Wish she'd take some of her own advice...... 😳🤔

We apologize you did not feel heard. Clocking into work and being screamed at instead of being asked if we had noticed the complaints posted on three different platforms after business hours, was probably frustrating for all involved. You were informed several times that company policy does not allow cards to be automatically charged, as well as there was nothing to refund as we had not charged you for the booking. Everyone has off-days on occasion and that is why we don't charge until the client is pleased with service and offer to come back as soon as our schedule allows when there is an issue. Once we were able to contact your cleaner, we discovered the water was shut off mid-booking and proved difficult to clean the property. Had we the chance to learn that, the state of things may have been easier to understand. Your cleaner was embarrassed, left an appointment and was on the way to your property to rectify the situation when we were informed you didn't want us to come fix the issues.

Our company has been performing residential and commercial cleaning since 1999. We have recently rebranded and opened a new branch here in Michigan.
