- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use parameters including, number of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as the square-footage of the home. We are open to negotiation to make sure we are able to help while remaining budget friendly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are able to provide a free estimate through phone call, text, or email. We ask a series of questions to learn what your goals are for your home and what is to be expected.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our company has been performing residential and commercial cleaning since 1999. We have recently rebranded and opened a new branch here in Michigan.
