    Hi Randy
Just wanted to drop you a note expressing how pleased Bette and I were with your pictures at our Commodore's Ball. The pictures were excellent. Our guests were very coplimentary of your photos.
You are very easy to work with and able to do evrything we asked, including meeting our deadline for our club publication. The formal posed pictures, as well as the candid shots were all great. Bette and I have recommended you to our club members as well as to our friends.

Everything about my experience with Randy Indish Photography was wonderful. You can tell that he loves what he does and it shows. We had our Engagement pictures as well as our Wedding Day pictures done and everything turned out beautifully. He was on time, professional and very easy to work with. He even got my brother to smile for a picture which is very hard to do! I would highly recommend Randy to anyone.

Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. There is no substitute for experience. Look for a photographer with plenty of it in a style that you like. A Blend of styles makes for the most interesting and beautiful albums. An experienced photographer will key his style to your tastes, not stick you with one style only.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Your photographer is the only vendor you will hire that will be with you the whole day... sharing the same agenda. True Professionals will seamlessly blend with all the day's events. If you do not have a Wedding Coordinator, an experienced photographer can fill in nicely with timely and informative advice.
Professionals shoot in RAW format. This is a digital negative that allows for complete accuracy in color and results, but this is really only the beginning. My images are honed to perfection from RAW to Prints through several steps which are time consuming, but necessary to force digital to produce natural skin and color tones. Contrary to the common perception that digital photography is simple and requires nothing beyond your wedding day, a full coverage wedding is almost a full week's work after the event.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. How much experience do you have?
Do you shoot RAW?
Do you keep your files forever?
Do you have image, time, or location limits?
Do you personally design your albums or do you outsource?
Are your albums guaranteed for life?
What kind of retouching do you provide?
Why should I contract you, how do you benefit me?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. What will your budget be for photography. Be realistic and don't cheat yourself in this area.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Through many years of experience and continued education, I have developed a style quite unlike most photographers. I pride myself on being able to change with the times and implement multiple styles seamlessly. I believe that great photography comes from great photographers, and that requires skill in lighting, posing, timing, and obtaining expressions. I am patient and very time aware and efficient. Experience lets me visualize a group before I pose it, which saves time and frustration for all.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have a lot of really good stories. I had a bride and groom with back and neck injuries from rolling over their Ford Mustang 3 days before the wedding. A groom and best man who suffered food poisoning from a fast food breakfast the day of the wedding. A bride who was shot twice during a carjacking one week before her wedding. I've had my share of Bridezillas, and a whole lot of warm and wonderful couples... but the one wedding I will never forget was of an elderly couple who came back to their home church to renew their vows after 50 years. They had their children, grandchildren, original best man and maid of honor, and a perfectly preserved wedding album with 10 black and white photographs of a beautiful young couple who could not have known how well spent their lives would be.
