My fees are commensurate with the industry and would be discussed during our consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet all new clients and assess their wants/needs during a full consultation. I listen to their current problems and their desired results. Then, I set a course for the solution to the problem and a timeframe to get there with the least amount of hassle to them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken numerous agent-specific classes, broker classes, HUD training, foreclosure and short sale courses, business planning, and extensive real estate investment courses with an emphasis on multifamily investing to have a working level of knowledge about the industry.
