Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Take your time to talk with the different providers, some are not as honest with you about what to expect and when you can see results.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. It takes some time to get to the first page of Google, and even harder to stay there. Once your business is there, don't expect too much, we can't control how many people actually will click on your link.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Can I scale your services back, or scale them up if I like your results. Don't be afraid to ask, and if you don't understand what they are talking about, ask them to explain in plain English.
Q. What are you currently working on improving?
A. There is a lot to know about Google. I am currently working toward certification as a Google expert through their training process.
