Steve was responsive to my request for an estimate on a garage door replacement, unlike others that needed reminders. After the estimate stage Steve scheduled the job promptly and showed up on time to do the work. He set up his work space in my garage and proceeded to tear down the old door, carefully stacking the debri in one place, keeping all the pieces neatly stacked for removal. When he installed the new track and door he was careful to keep the area clean and free from random screws and parts. The door looks great and operates perfectly. He takes pride in his work. My garage door broke this evening and I didn't want to leave it open all night. I called Shalaams Door and he was here in 30 minutes. He repaired that problem and couple of other issues I wasn't even aware of!!! I would recommend this company to anyone that wants great service and absolute professionalism!!!! The best ever!! All around, a great experience with Shalaans Door! Steve responded to my request for service within minutes of it being submitted. The day of my appointment he called within the time frame of the appointment to let me know he was on the way and approximately when he would arrive. He fixed my garage door, made some adjustments and explained to me what he had done. He showed me what to do to maintain the garage door and even pointed out an issue with my garage roof I hadn’t noticed. The price was also very reasonable. Steve was professional and nice too! He is the kind of repairman you share with all your friends because he’s legit good!
