A. Go Local- certain big box stores do not fix your computer onsite, instead they ship it out to someone elsewhere.
Look for an established history- Advanced Computer Solutions has been in business since 1999 and thus has a more developed understanding of the market
Don't go with the cheapest quote- In this industry, the lowest price doesn't necessarily mean you will get want you want out of the situation- make sure that whomever you choose can give you an adequate description of what you get for what price (undiagnosed issues will vary but a technician can usually at least give you an estimate)
