Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Driveways and custom patios are our most common, but we also specialize in parking lots, stamped-colored concrete, steps, catch basins, walkways, sidewalks, approaches, trip hazards repairs, condo and apartment repairs, and so much more.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do not just ask for references also go and look at there work. Many people think just because they have a list that this is good enough. Also look at more then one job and talk to the home owners if possible.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Our work stands out by our consistently happy customers. We have an ever growing reference list that shows this fact. We are one of the number one leaders in concrete removal and replacement in the Metropolitan area.

A. We love the challenges that this trade comes upon.

Over 15 years.
Do you take any money down?
Absolutely not. We don't take a dime until our work is complete. We want our customers to have a chance to look and approve our work first. That's the Reliable difference.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. A few years ago we gave an estimate to an elderly lady and she received a few from other companies. About a week later she call and said that someone beat our bid and wanted to know if we could help her. We went back to see her and found out the company she was talking about was going around the neighborhood telling residents he was working on the street in that area. Upon a little research we found out he was not licensed and has terrible reviews. He was a fly by night company that was going to take this poor lady's money and run. On his proposal he was not even going to us the proper mix of concrete and her job would have fallen apart that very winter. She was so happy when we completed her job that she gave me a big hug and thanked me for stopping her from going with the other company. We try to help our customer any way we can.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes, we attend a continued education class every 3 years to up data our knowledge of new codes and new advances. We pride ourselves and our company and want to stay up to date with all the new products brought to our attention.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. The first thing would and it goes for any trade love your trade. Second be ready for anything life can throw at you. Get all the correct licensing and insurance for your trade. Know all the rules and regulations. Always stay in contact with your customers.
