Introduction: Hi, my name is Nate and I provide expert-level soft-tissue and mobility work for all types of people. I have been doing this in a professional capacity for over 5 years, helping everyone from powerlifters and bodybuilders, to business-people and doctors. I am currently offering Functional Range Release and I will be offering Active Release Technique in August. I know that sounds technical and confusing but these are highly sought after techniques used by some of the best sports physios' in the world and I am the only in-state practitioner who holds these specific certifications. Not only are you provided with the hands on session with me, but I provide you with a bit of homework to do. This is part of the deal! You must complete the at home work if you are to make a full recovery, and I have decades of movement expertise to ensure you are performing these drills correctly.
