I like to keep things simple. We may add in a few "props" here and there, such as a tie or maybe a football, but overall I feel that my images really focus on the client and less on the other "stuff" around them. The reaction of my clients after they see the finished product. I put a lot of myself into everything I do. It's a wonderful feeling to know all the hard work is appreciated!

She was great. I needed a business head shot and she was able toget me in quickly. We were able to do a quick photo shoot and a few hours later I had a head shot I could use.

I did a boudoir shoot with Catherine and it was so much fun! Normally something like that would be completely out of my comfort zone but she made me feel at ease and comfortable andoing the pictures turned out great

After thinking about doing a boudoir shoot for several years I finally talked myself into doing it. After looking through multiple avenues I kept coming across Catherine Kellie Studios, every review I read talked about an amazing photographer who not only managed to ease all worries and fears but captured stunning images that surpassed all expectations. I was in need of a confidence boost after a really rough patch and decided to take the leap, I entered Cats March Madness Contest and entered and won the same day! I was so excited but the excitement quickly turned into nerves. From the first email all the way past the shoot Cat calmed my nerves and made sure that I was comfortable with everything that we planned/did. After three hours in her studio I felt like a bombshell walking out the doors and had a whole new level of confidence for days afterwards. I talked about the experience for days, told anyone who would listen, and posted my sneak peek on Facebook, something I never ever expected to do BUT I was so proud of it. When it came time to view my photos the only thing I kept saying was "I just want one good picture from each outfit", to say I was blown away with what I saw is an understatement. Every single picture was amazing and far exceeded any expectation I had. I ended up loving all of them so much that it was impossible to choose just enough to fill a book and purchased a whole package instead. I will definitely be gong visiting Cat and Catherine Kellie Studios for many more shoots after the experience I had I couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

How did you get started doing this type of work?
It just kind of happened. I tell you what though, it's the best job ever!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Call them! You would be surprised how many girls do not call me first. It is a very intimate session. You do not want to show up after investing your hard earned money to find out the photographer is not what you expected!!! You will not be comfortable and it will show in your images.
