Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Chimneys, porches, Brick repair, block, cultured stone, glass block windows, tuckpointing, And Drywall in the winter!- I am also a finished carpenter as while I was learning the stone trade.....I was working my ass off as a finished carpenter!

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I am Cool......Skilled.....Nice.....And know and care more than the next guy.....I want to bid against 2 others every time (It Helps My Tips!!!-LMFAO)........
I am The best mason......in Michigan....today....except the One who trained me.....and if you ask him....He will give you 1967 prices....so I don't give out his phone number.....but he will work with me.....HAHA!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. No Money down.
Masonry....is slow...messy....and much more complicated than most other construction work.......
It is also heavier....My Favorite thing to say to myself is= "WHY DOES EVERYTHING-HAVE to weigh 50 lbs?"
Real Masons......ARE ODD..........Who would be happy working in this profession?- ME!

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. PICTURES....TEXTS..........
I can give you an easy estimate from a picture.....I don't even need a ladder to see what is messed up on your chimney from a picture....or 5.
It costs more to do your job if you are farther than 30 miles from me.....
It also costs more if I need a Bodyguard cause you live in Detroit...........
BUT- If you are Broke.....or a helping hand.....I can use you....and help you.........I can arrange prices that work.....
Sometimes it cost extra IF you help....
Sometimes.....I work for FREE.....

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Cause I care.....about masonry...and I like people....so I like to make them happy.....
I work for money, BUT I work for happiness, and friends as well.......My wife has a good job...and insurance...I just work to beat what I made at McDonalds 5 years ago......
Free masons...Accepted me....as I accepted them....ART, LIFE, Humilty, and GOD.......Work Hard for the balance of life.......Money....well....if you work...you make money....but if you live....you HAVE money......and if you live- you don't need money.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Creativity. Perfection. Challenge. The People I meet along the way. The schedule I ALWAYS mess up!-

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. Have Insurance? HELL NO!!!
Union workers don't have insurance!- They also don't work on your small house.....HACKS!!!- they have insurance and a license!!- They have to.....cause it is THE ONLY Credibility they really have.
I have full health insurance.........from my wife....and I work cheaper than Mexicans.......I get 91 percent of my estimates..........
The only HARD thing about trying to beat mexicans....NOT THE PRICE>>>>>>>BUT
the Happiness!!!- AND yes....I WOULD jump a fence and CROSS a Border for my family....ANYTIME.....and They show up with smiles...and do good.....hence....they RULE!

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I have references....and I tell them to AT LEAST tell one or two things that I suck at!!!
Tell something BAD.....cause it will show them that I AM HUMAN BEING..........
I am not perfect....but my work IS!-

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. Masonry....is hard, heavy, tired, old, humiliating, spiritual, life giving, God inspired, loving, long, tiring, PERFECT, Strong, Beautiful, Artistic, Hard, and LASTS a Long freakin' Time!

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I didn't decide to get into masonry....IT FOUND ME......
I am creative...but penniless....
I work hard....
I play hard.
I married into a 'REAL' Masonic family.....
They HATE ME TO death......
BUT- I am working my way in!

Q. Tell us about a recent job you did that you are particularly proud of.

A. I am proud of most of my previous jobs....and I have numbers to prove it.....I do not give out referrals based on anyone past two months ago.....that is gay.....

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. ummm......I do not go to college for masonry...it doesn't exist.....and anyone that would tell you it does....is gay- and misinformed.....OH- By the way....I LOVE gays...and most Gays pay me double time......HAHA!-
Masonry education has not got many grants....lately....but leave Obamma in ......AND I AM SURE they will have some grants for that....then the colleges will hire masons to teach...and then....I can catch up on my education....BUT CALL ME......and I will give you numbers to the Masonry Institute....for your reference on me.....

Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?

A. Um....again...WOW....good questions....the latest developments....in my field?.........My Field is 1343 years old! I learned a lot from Jesus....but he was a carpenter.........
The only NEW learning tools in Masonic things....are spiritual....or GAY college Grads....that MAKE stuff up.....CAUSE they got the DEGREE~~!!! BUT I got work......so F-'EM!

Q. Describe your most recent project, what it involved, how much it cost, and how long it took.

A. My Projects always cost too much......but I am Dave Ramsey style....no money down...I use my business 'EMERGENCY' fund.......SINCE "Paying for materials UPFRONT for a week" is not an emergency.....it is usual....and completing a job well.......re-fills the fund"
My Projects are usually boring....but I post lots of pictures....cause pausing to take pictures...and then drinking and making a cool website and fun videos....WELL- That is JUST Fun!~~

A. I am simple....just I don't give prices at your house in a snap.....
I require to go home......and open excel...THINK...process....then send you an email...of the price!!!!!
I take no money down.....but usually take a little within a few days if I am not done.....
I also DO NOT TAKE ALL the money until I AM DONE........
It is challenging to pick out every little pebble that I drop in your garden.....and IF YOU PAY before I clean.......THERE are much more pebbles....plus none of my crew shows up the next day!~

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. COOL.......
my profession....IS PERFECT FOR ME.....
BUT.
Not many others.....
It is HARD AS HELL.....and no one normal LIKES IT!
