Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Some suggestions would be to get references and a free estimate if possible. You might also want to ask some questions that you are already familiar with the correct answers to and see if the person you are considering hiring has answers that closely resemble what you already know. Keeping in mind that sometimes there are multiple correct answers to a question (i.e. what is a good antivirus product).
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Some questions might cover areas that address the specific brand that the customer has and whether or not the professional is familiar with it or not (i.e. Apple, IBM, etc.).
Another might be regarding the estimated time that they think it will take and how long before they'll likely begin the work.
