The Kitchen Assistant will help you start a 'budget' in the kitchen, teach you what foods to keep handy to make a 'something -out-of-nothing' meal between pays, how to eliminate the question 'what are we having for dinner?', get the kids and spouse to help with meal preparation, and still make quick, easy, healthy meals that will save you time & money in the most expensive room in your home-the kitchen! I love introducing people to an alternate approach to grocery shopping and meal planning that will not only help them save money in grocery expenses, but will help them reduce their time in the kitchen and still turn out healthy, tasty meals for their family.
