Introduction: I tutor in algebra, trigonometry, geometry and pre-calculus. I tutor grade-school, high-school, and college students in all branches of math. I help them in raising their grades and thereby, their confidence level also. I charge a reasonable rate per session. I was a classroom teacher for middle- and high-school students for many years. This is a note from one of my former students. Ms.Vanajothi Raj is an excellent example of a teacher who not only portrays verbal teaching skills but also descriptional teaching. When I cannot comprehend a specific concept in math, she will stop everything and explain to me how to approach the problem. If I still am unable to understand, then she will show me through other problems that are very similar.Most importantly, if all of her techniques don't succeed, she never gives up, and she keeps trying until I get it.
