- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are transparent with our pricing. Our service technicians will advise of any additional costs beyond our dispatch fee before proceeding with fixes and our installation prices are flat as quoted.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team will confirm appointment timing with the customer and send a text/email notification confirming the appointment, another text/email with a 24-hour reminder of the appointment, and a final call/text on the day of the appointment to notify the customer when the technician has dispatched to their location.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are state licensed for mechanical and boiler work. Our technicians take routine safety training and we frequently train with our equipment suppliers to learn the latest on equipment and industry regulations.
