Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. The State of Michigan does not require a license to design houses less than 3,500 sf. Therefore, I regularly compete with non-licensed designers.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. 3-D renderings and animations make all the difference. It helps me design better, and helps my clients visualize better. It is the best way I communicate with my clients.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How much do blueprints cost? I provide a large range of services, and the results are documented in detailed blueprints. The services required can be quite different for each client and each project. Most projects end up in the range of $1,000 to $6,000.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. I've always had a talent for drawing, math, and problem-solving. Architecture has always seemed to be the perfect match for my skills.
