Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Before accepting a quote be sure you understand what type of equipment you need so theres no stickershock at the destination. Most places offer low hook up fees that get you with special equipment needed to perform the tow.
Or is the hook up fee include miles to the call or do they add that after arrival.
Finally give the dispatcher as much information as possible when requesting service. A winch out from a paved road is a lot less than someone who is in a farm field somewhere.

A. I appreciate the fact that we are helping people who are in sometimes stressful situations and we are able to answer the call and resolve their issues in a prompt and effecient manner at a cost that is both resonable and accountable.
Most companies skimp on training thier personal or go about the business by cutting corners and not having the proper licensing and or insurance.
