I called kneXtions to come onsite to my Dentist business to help us with some server / networking / computer problems. I am not tech savvy, but understand most of how computers work. First I would like to say how professional Paul was. He helped me find what was causing the issues on my network, solved them, and explained to me in plain English what was wrong and how he fixed it. 2nd Paul helped advise me on how to improve my network and functionality, which will help me save time and money. 3rd I have hired him to maintain the computers and server on a monthly maintenance basis, and I must say technology has never worked so smooth!

I had a virus on my system that kept popping up FBI, and asked me to pay. I took it to knextions and the guy took care of it fast! It made my computer much faster... Needless to say, I have found my computer guy. Thanks

Once again I am lucky enough to find the perfect person for the job. My computer wouldn't boot out of the blue one morning, so I took my laptop to knextions. Paul was prompt with his diagnosis, and gave me a few options on how to proceed. I decided a replacement hard drive was best for me, but Paul didn't just stop there. I was given different options for replacement hard drives that would make my computer faster. My computer is now running better than it was when I purchased it new!

when my laptop had a virus, it told me I had to send money to an account that I had no idea who was on the other end... I immediately googled around to find someone to help. I found knextions and set up an appointment, dropped off my laptop and within the very next day, it was ready for pickup. I checked the system out and it was actually faster than when I first bought it. Amazed, I asked what they did, and got a whole lot of tech talk that I have no idea what they were talking about - I call it the Magic Wand lol - I will tell everyone this place knows what they are doing. Price was lower than anyone else I talked to as well. What a gem.
