I recently worked with Greenwell to help me purchase, fix up, select a tentant, and manage a single family home. They were great to work with and exceeded my expectations. My wife and I had previously flipped a few homes but decided to aquired a rental property. We chose Greenwell because of their experience with rentals and the turn key solution they could provide. We knew most houses would require some work and working with one company through all phases made it a lot easier. Once we bought the house we worked with Greenwell to identify the necessary improvements. They then managed these and delivered on time and on budget. At the same time we identified the improvements we targeted a planned rental date. Greenwell had it rented by that date! Based on our experience we would highly recommend Greenwell.

Greenwell Realty helped us through a difficult situation with our house and turned it into a good rental property until the market turned around and we sold it. They managed it so we did not have to worry about a thing, the tenants were happy and we were. They all are wonderful, kindhearted and professional. I would recommend for anyone needing help with a property, no matter what the situation.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    Think about what motives and incentives the property manager has to act in your best interest. Does the fees arrangement give the manager incentives to "churn" tenants, or to leave your property vacant? Ask about pricing and mark up policies for repairs and turnovers. Ask what the manager does to retain good tenants and renew leases.
