Question and answer
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. Professionally trained and certified home inspector.
We believe in a neutral 3rd party inspection. There is no interest on the work to be performed or bids provided to correct defects. We look out for our customers and have the intent to inform our clients on the physical condition of the home at the time of inspection.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. "How much do you charge for an inspection?"
I charge way less then it is worth. Often our customers pay for peace of mind, sometimes it is used for leverage in a bargaining situation. Occasionally it can become a deal breaker (not the intention of the inspection). It is a small amount to pay in what may be the largest investment of a lifetime.
