I will drive up to 150 miles radius from Dakota County.

Moving anything but cars.

I have a 12'x7' open trailer hauling everything.
$30/hr includes myself, my truck, my trailer, my gas, the miles and loading/unloading.
Pro rated every 20 min at $10, there after. Time starts when I get there and stops when the last item is moved into it's new location. $50 1st hr/1 hour minimum. Fuel price increases have forced me to charge the first hr min.

I am on time, honest, dependable, safe and ready to respond to your requests.

Examples of items moved: gravel, large rock, lumber, drywall, windows, doors, a whole one bedroom apartment, items from a whole garage, 55' console TV, washer/dryer, frig/stove, tear down and dispose of wood deck, foreclosed home items to the dump and a basketball pole with hoop
items bought off craigslist or from a store, that won't fit in your car.

Only your imagination can limit what I can haul.

Dump fees extra, have references, short notice specialist, prices are subject to change and I can also bring a second person if needed.

I show up by myself so you can save money, let me give you a hand.

Chris was wonderful! Professional and attentive to detail. I was moving items that were difficult to move and we were able to use his expertise to get the job done safely. Furthermore, he went above and beyond the call of the job in providing me and my sons a ride back to our home, so we could finish packing up before the foreclosure locked us out of our home. He was personable and able to relate to my 15 year old son in a friendly and appropriate manner.

Chris has that rare quality in people, he is genuine and trustworthy and helped us out when we really needed a hand. He's a real family man, and it was easy to see how proud he is of his family and his children. I will not hesitate to keep his number on my roster of trusted people and will provide a solid recommendation to whomever may need excellence in service. Thanks Chris, I really appreciate all you did for us!

Chris is reliable and flexible. He has a knack for seeing how to do a job better. He is very personable and organized. Somehow he can look at a pile of boxes and "stuff" and see how it can and should fit into a small space. And he thinks like he is the customer, planning for the safety of the "stuff" throughout the job.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most common job is moving a bed or couch. My trailer can carry 1 or 2 beds, 2 couches, table and chairs, desk, end table/ night stand, some boxes and a couple more misc. items. I have moved whole apartments and houses. In that case I would rent a large U-haul truck.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Shop around, ask what the minimum time/cost is, are stairs extra, if I can help lift can you send just one person? Do you have your own truck or do you rent one and charge me? Do you pro-rate your time?

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. I like to know what exactly is being moved, if stairs will be used and how many floors, the address of the first location and the date and time desired.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. I help those who want to save money by lifting the other end of a couch. I can move many items by myself, but if the customer likes to save money and can lift the other end of the bed, then I'm the mover for you. If it will fit in my trailer then you can save even more. I can rent a large truck and I can have a partner with me to help you move the larger jobs, but I specialize in the smaller job.
