Implementation Specialist

In my role as an implementation specialist, my focus is to get my entrepreneurial clients off the hamster wheel of motion without progress.

I collaborate with my clients to co-create prioritized action plans that lead them out of the jungle of overwhelm, using the seven-step Take Action Now System (tm).

I actually developed this system to save my own sanity, since I often found myself paralyzed by the number and scope of actions I could take to get more clients and make more money. Once I realized that the system kept me focused on doing the right things in the right order, I decided to share the process and system with other deer-in-the-headlights entrepreneurs.

The main areas you'll get help on are developing detailed action plans, implementing them, challenging limiting beliefs, creatively solving problems, tapping my big honking resource base, and having fun while you do so (No, really).

Having said all that, what I do is not nearly as important as how my clients feel at the end of the day -- relieved to be out of overwhelm, confident about what action steps to take, when and why to take them, supported in their process of stepping into their particular "big", committed to doing the tough-but-productive tasks (since they know they're going to be held accountable for them), grateful to have been given a guiding hand out of the jungle by someone who's been there and done that, and excited to work through the action steps that will build their business and their bank account.
