Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. If they are in good standings with the Secretary of State office in there State? If they are willing to be mobile, and very flexible with time/day?

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. To make sure that there commission has not expired. You can verify by checking with the States website.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. Because I am willing to travel to them, and to accomodate there schedules as much as possible, and to provide service to them ASAP.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How much I charge, and If I can travel to them. My answer is my fee depends on how far I have to travel, how many signers & documents, or what they would like me to do exactly. Because I can do more than just witness there signatures.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I guess my favorite story from this line of work would be saving a married couple from losing there home to foreclosure. Because they had waited till last minute to sign the Loan Modification papers, and if they were not signed, notarized, and delivered to Mortgage Company by next business day, they would have missed there deadline. They thought they had a few more days, but they were sweating bullets thinking that they are not going to find a notary public 30 minutes before the last pick-up for FedEx. They found me, and I helped them make it a very happy ending for all.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. I am a licensed Real Estate Agent currently, and thought that I could provide a service to my clients and/or customers, as long as I didn't have any financial gain with what I am helping them with, or a party to the transaction.
