Tony responded very quickly to my submitted request looking for a local company that works on InkJet printers. He was able to come out the next day. Even though he was not able to fix the printer he pointed me in the correct direction of a better printer for what my usage needs are. I will gladly refer this company to others and keeping it for any future needs that may arise. It was a pleasure working with him!!
