Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Because our developer is a master at just about every programing platform available and our marketing skills have been honed over 10 years of experience in the field, our portfolio is both vast and deep. Ecommerce, Wordpress, simple brochure websites, flash, etc., you name it, we can do it. A few of the industries that we've dealt in with great success are retail and real estate.

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Do things right the first time--even if it costs a bit more money. Find a company with people you like because you'll spend a lot of time communicating with them. Never use a web agency that outsources your work; finding someone to fix everything that's wrong with the design will cost you more than it would have to find a proper agency in the first place. Don't let age dictate who work with. Some of the most successful web agencies are run by young, creative and professional people who have been exposed to the Internet their entire lives.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. I wish that people knew that the long-term value of owning a website far outweighs the initial cost. Owning a website is a lucrative investment in your business that offers an extremely high ROI on the marketing front.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. We have an amount of professionalism, creativity and intelligence that other internet agencies or freelancers can't match. Contracts are a key component to our are work. Although many people view them as scary, they protect both you and us, and they ensure an excellent final product. Further, we aim to be as flexible as possible so our customers get the results they desire upon the competition of projects. Lastly, we view communication as a key component to the succes of our services. To that end, we keep our clients informed whenever changes need to be made that weren't originally agreed upon, or by simply informing them where we are at in the design, development or marketing process.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. I love meeting new people and working along side them to help grow their business. Customer satisfaction is extremely gratifying.

A. How much will it cost?

I don't have an exact answer for you! Our services are catered and customized to what you want. That means prices vary depending on the complexity and involvement of each job.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. That freelance work is often unreliable and unsafe. Speculate about anyone you plan on working with; just because a company has a cool website with some buzzy content does not mean they are the company for you.
