*1 Monthly Tune-up: Keeps machine's performance optimized and updated (normally recommended once every 6 months)
*Software installation and critical updates (does not include hardware installation)
*Phone support for questions/ answers/ recommendations (between the hours of 5PM-9PM Mon-Fri, excludes holidays and weekends)
