Introduction: Pro Maintenance is your one phone-call home maintenance shop. We offer the following services:

We are a family business and do all work ourselves; we are fully insured and have over 20 years of experience.
All our window cleaning is guaranteed! I hand wash all windows, sills, and frames twice. The screens are hand scrubbed and wiped clean.
Because I have no employees, I can keep my overhead down and pass on the savings to my customers.
All exterior windows start at $59.99.
