I am a professional photographer situated about 20 minutes north of the Twin Cities. Not only do I have some of the nicest equipment Canon has to offer, but I have the experience to back it up.

Weddings would fall under my most enjoyable and desired category of photography, mainly because I feel honored to play a role in and simply be a part of events that are as incredible and life-changing as weddings.

Currently, I am running a $600 special to get plenty of weddings booked right away, but after I book 10, I am going back to my normal (but still very affordable) $850 per wedding.

The $600 special includes print rights, my services all day, and all your photos on a flash drive in black and white, as well as color. There will be a travel fee of $0.43 per mile.

My normal $850 wedding includes my services all day long, as well as all your photos on a flash drive in black and white, as well as color. There will be a travel fee of $0.43 per mile.

Check out my portfolio at my home website, and feel free to call, text, or email me about setting up a meeting or simply for learning a bit more.

Thanks everyone!

Sincerely,

Kyle Heaser

Kyle is always super fun to shoot with. He's excited when he's shooting almost like getting a thrill out of it. Especially when dealing with people. It's not like that awkward moment when he's taking photos, he can actually make it feel low key and comfortable even though the photos turn out great.

Question and answer

Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. My most common types of jobs hands down are Weddings and Graduation Photos. I love both with every bit of my heart! Even though they are very different and require completely unique approaches, they both are very entertaining in their own ways. I thoroughly enjoy being a part of something as important as a couple getting married and take pride in how hard I work to make sure such events are conducted in the best way possible.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. Tips to Choosing the Right Photographer

1) Check their previous work, look through their photo galleries and compare them with other photographers work. Some people claim to be professional photographers but are not near as talented as many other photographers out there. Just because someone has a fancy website has absolutely no bearing as to how good they are as a photographer. Although this can be a good indicator, one should look into their previous shoots to make sure they are getting a talented and qualified photographer.

2) If they have proven themselves to be qualified with an eye and skill for photography, now it would be a good idea to check out what he or she charges. We all have budgets, if a photographer charges significantly greater prices than other equally talented photographers, you may want to reconsider. For some people this will not be an issue, but for some of us we need to make the most of our money and get a middle ground between how much we spend and how much we get. Luckily, some photographers offer fantastic services and products for more modest prices than others.

3) Can the photographer even make it out to the shoot? By this I mean where is the photographer situated, is he or she far away? Are there closer ones with just about as good of a deal? Also, you may need the shoot to occur at a certain time of day or night. Mention such requests to the photographer before choosing him or her.

4) Call him or her up! See if you can get to know the photographer better and check whether or not you think their personality will mix well with yours. A photo shoot will always produce far better results and be so much more enjoyable if you select a photographer that you can get along with very well. Humor and or enthusiasm can often be positive traits in photographers, but also having a serious down to earth side is important. If it’s for a wedding you will want to meet the photographer in person to make sure he or she is the right fit for you.

5) Also asking friends or family about their experiences with photographers. If any of them had fantastic reviews about a certain photographer, you may have just located the perfect one through a recommendation!

6) I would also suggest looking around and not going with the first photographer you come across. You may be surprised to find and even more suited one for you!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. “How did you derive the name Lead Image?”

Lead is actually an acronym (L.E.A.D.) which popped into my head one day when I was younger and has been an encouragement to me ever since, as well as defined me as a person. It reminds me to live life to the fullest, to never give up, not to go the easy route because it’s easy but to push forward and always do whats right no matter how difficult it is. These philosophies flow into my photography; I will always push myself to do the best jobs I can as well as provide generous and friendly services. I wanted something of such elevated importance and meaning in my life to take the role of my company name. Live Extreme Always Dream…

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I am a person full of morals and integrity, I'd rather do a fantastic job on a photo shoot than not perform to the fullest of my abilities. That is under any circumstance. Also I'm able to work with people if they don't have the financial stability to pay for my services. I'm weary of people taking advantage of me, but if I feel a person sincerely needs a little help financially I can lower my prices to match those needs.

Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?

A. Meet The Photographer

Getting into the Profession

Art has always been an incredible passion of mine. From drawing with crayons as a child to creating full out advertisements and technical in depth picture editing, photography came along very naturally as a perfect way to express my creativity. What I enjoy most about photography is it gives me the opportunity to capture life’s most amazing moments, freezing these precious times in life in ways that people will be able to cherish and enjoy for the rest of their lives.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. I constantly stay up to date with photography, especially with the equipment upgrades, new finds in portraiture and wedding photography. I have many connections and friends in the same field of work, so we all collectively help each other out with new insights and findings. I also am a part of an online photographer community where hundreds of passionate photographers collaborate to assist in everyone's photographic abilities and experiences.

Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?

A. 6 Basic But Essential Tips For the Rookie Photographer

1) Master your camera as soon as you can! The more familiar you are with every aspect of your camera the more comfortable you will be in all situations and the more effective you will be with altering settings, recognizing and fixing problems, the whole nine yards. This includes reading the manual a couple times and even asking other people who are professionals or at least have more experience than you.

2) PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE!!! I can’t stress it enough. Get out there and practice all the things you are learning in step #1. You should be intermixing practice with all these steps as you go along. The more practice you get the faster you will be able to correctly change settings as well as being able to notice great photo opportunities etc.

3) Play around with your ISO settings, flash settings, shutter speeds, apertures, zooming etc. These specific categories can do a lot for a photo either positively or negatively.

4) PAY ATTENTION TO YOUR PHOTO FILE SETTINGS! Are you saving your photos onto your memory card as RAW, Large RAW, Medium RAW, Small RAW or JPEG, Large JPEG, Medium JPEG, or Small JPEG? These make a world of difference depending on why you are taking the photos. If you plan on having 8×10 or larger prints, I would highly recommend staying away from saving in small formats but going with something larger. Will you be making posters? Go with the larges available size for your camera. Otherwise you will have to retake your photos or put up with poor results.

5) The steadier the camera and the better the quality of the photo. Getting something in focus will present a far larger hurdle for a person shooting with an unsteady camera. Tripods help tremendously when the situation allows for the use of one. Especially if you are in low light conditions, a tripod will be very handy in getting clearer images

6) Once again going to professionals with questions and or recommendations will lead to priceless information and assist you greatly in your photo taking adventures
