I contacted Marc on 8/4/14 to transfer the programs from my old cpu to my new cpu. He came to my house the next day and looked at my situation and determined that my DSL service was at .43 mps (instead of 1.5 that I was paying for) that it could take 3-4 hours just to do the programs transfer and more time to do the rest of the work I needed done. So we decided to wait until my new cable service started with faster speed (about 55 mps) and the transfer time would be cut in half. This was the 1st time I had someone come to my home to work on my computer, I wasn't sure what to expect, but Marc was truly knowledgeable of what it would take to get the job done right and made sure I was satisfied at the end of the process. Marc in now on my speed dial list to get my computer repaired right the first time

Mark listens to all my computer faults, and completely fixes everything that I complain about, and adds, and explains additional fixes and suggestions. I would truly be lost with out his expertise.Honest, fair, above and beyond workmanship.

Marc is the "computer guy" for my 200 person call center. We have almost 250 computers total and Marc keeps them running perfecltly. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairly simple...one price for many services. Hardware repairs are the most complicated, as estimates cannot be given until the machine can be diagnosed. Motherboard repairs are usually expensive and cost more than Power Supply replacement. Upgrade to RAM are faily easy and straight forward
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They can call, text or email me directly...email preferred.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I regularly attend Webinars by other Professionals and recently completed a virus removal workshop, finding out I already complete 90% of what was taught, I also review Tech Bulletins on a daily basis keeping my hand on the pulse of what's going on out there.
