- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fairly simple...one price for many services. Hardware repairs are the most complicated, as estimates cannot be given until the machine can be diagnosed. Motherboard repairs are usually expensive and cost more than Power Supply replacement. Upgrade to RAM are faily easy and straight forward
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
They can call, text or email me directly...email preferred.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I regularly attend Webinars by other Professionals and recently completed a virus removal workshop, finding out I already complete 90% of what was taught, I also review Tech Bulletins on a daily basis keeping my hand on the pulse of what's going on out there.
