Introduction: Unlike other general social media consultants, I have a unique focus on solely helping small businesses connect with local customers - not the millions of Facebook or Twitter users. I have been an advocate of small, local businesses for 7 years, supporting them in a variety of roles including administrative support. I enjoy working one-on-one with business owners and helping them to see direct and measurable results by interacting with their customers in new ways.
