I was lucky to find Dwayne when I decided it was time to improve my health by losing weight and increasing my Istamina and strength. To date I have reduced my cholestrol by 25 points, improved bone density, lost 42 lbs. and 4 dress sizes. Dwayne designs a personalized program for each client to meet their needs. I have learned so much about nutrition and fitness. Working out with Dwayne is challenging and fun!

Dwayne has the experience to drive you hard to your goals, but at your pace. His knowledge about fitness is vast, knowing not only how to work with you to find the right workout, but encouraging solid nutrition that goes hand-in-hand with good exercise. Dwayne also is enthusiastic about your success, and it genuinely happy when you show results. Dwayne helped me lose 20 pounds, feel better, and eat better. He works with people of all ages, and tailors workouts to your individual needs, making sure your program is safe and effective. I can't recommend him more highly!!

Dwayne is an outstanding trainer. He is extremely knowledgeable about effective, efficient, safe ways to train and progress quickly. He truly cares about the success and health of each client. He is positive and motivating and very flexible to schedule sessions that work in your timeframe. I have worked with several personal trainers over the past 20+ years in 3 states and Dwayne is the absolute best trainer I've been fortunate to work with. His professional athletic background and wholistic approach to fitness, nutrition and health is unsurpassed. I feel incredibly lucky to have found Dwayne and highly recommend his services.

I have always wanted to invest in a personal trainer but never could commit. After doing my research and talking to a few other trainers, I knew that Dwayne could help me reach my goals in a way that made me comfortable. I am very analytical and needed someone to explain why and what is happening on a molecular level to my body as I make nutritional and physical changes. He did just that. He takes a holistic approach to fitness, incorporating both exercise and nutrition. I especially value his clean and organic approach to nutrition. I highly recommend Dwayne for his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. So glad I took the step forward to invest in my health!

If you're looking for a trainer, do not hesitate to call Dwayne and meet with him. We met, talked about goals and lifestyle and then talked about how to reach my long term goal. Being 45 and having some seriously big goals, I thought he might think I was crazy to want to get to a body builder physique, as the starting point for me was in OK shape but nothing close to a body builder. Dwayne said we can get you there. It's been 8 weeks of an 18 month goal, and so far I've put on some nice muscle, trimmed and tightened my torso area and with Dwaynes guidance, I've cleaned up my diet in a realistic and manageable way. Dwaynes a great guy. He's motivating and encouraging and entertaining, which makes the workouts fun and I really look forward to each workout. Dwayne also tracks everything we do and let's me know how things compare from week to week so I stay motivated to continue to push myself. Thank Dwayne, great to have you as my trainer.
