- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Make sure when you are shopping DJs (like anything else) that you are comparing apples to apples. I take great care and time with all of my clients every step of the way and ensure that the quality is present. For your special day everything will be top notch because I invest in professional equipment and only use what I believe is the best!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We meet over phone or email and learn about each other and decide whether we want to move forward and set up a time for a consultation. I will reserve the date on my calendar send a contract and collect a $300 deposit. Step 2: We will create a plan for the event (using a shared document) and you may change the plan at any point leading up to the event. Correspondence and communication will continue leading up to the event as necessary. Step 3: I arrive at the venue fully prepared and at the time planned in order to provide the service that we discussed. Communicating as necessary throughout the evening.
