After being involved in underground sprinkler services for over 15 years Nick, didn't like the way things were going in the industry; Raindrop Irrigation Services LLC was started in 2008 to provide a service that was missing in the industry that I saw from my experiences working with multiple irrigation companies.

Along with custom installation, design, spring start ups, and winterizing commercial irrigation systems RIS LLC specializes in performing service work on large/small commercial irrigation systems. RIS LLC's main focus is to make sure your grounds look the best they can and to take the headache of this off your shoulders.

With our state-of-the-art tools, RIS LLC can do most jobs with only one person on site, not two, saving you lots of money only being billed for one person vs. two per hour. We never cut corners, or fix/replace anything without your approval first and making sure you understand why it needs to be fixed/replaced. Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.
A. Larger commercial systems, Residential systems. We specialize in Repairs and Service. Building that relationship and not just taking your money and running.
Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. Do research, get bids, ask questions. Ask for references, and what products they use. Have them explain to you why they are using certain heads in one area over another.
Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

We offer a TRUE warranty, have superior knowledge in the industry, still put the customer first, and we stand 110% behind all of our services. RIS LLC strives in keeping you the customer happy while only using commercial grade products on all jobs we do from repairs to complete installation.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. It first starts with the customer, and building that relationship and trust. RIS LLC always likes to trouble shoot, and fix things that other companies say either can't be done, or just rig it together to get it to work for the time being.

A. Why should we use RIS LLC over someone else, and do you plumb the home.
In the end the choice is up to you the customer, I am not going to try and sell you with a sales pitch, I am open to you calling any of our references and looking at the projects we have been involved with. I always say if you have 5 bids, throw out the most expensive, and the least expensive. If the other 3 are close to each other thats truly what the job should cost, and thats where we will 9 out of 10 times come in.
For the plumbing NO we do NOT plumb the home ourselves, its ILLEGAL and you need a licensed plumber to do it. If a company ever tells you to go pull the permit for the system, your on the line than for the plumbing and if its not to code. If you have another company plumb it out that is ILLEGAL and again your on the line for it.
