Introduction: The way others clean carpets is typically "steam cleaning" which tends to get carpets soaking wet and full of soap and chemicals. With this method, it takes a day or more to dry and the dirt comes back because its attracted to the soapy chemical residue. Our method of cleaning is very thorough and leaves zero residue behind. First we vacuum the carpet with a hepa filtered extraction vacuum, including all baseboard edges, window and door tracks and the elbows of the air vents. Secondly we apply our cleaning solution: its water based, non toxic and safe around children, pets and the environment. Next we agitate the carpet to free up embedded stains and heavy soiling in traffic lanes. Then we use a rotary extraction process to remove the cleaning product, moisture and ALL the dirt. Finally we re-set the pile and groom the fibers to make it nice and fluffy...like new. Why we are different: our process dries in 1-2 hours and the carpet stays cleaner longer. I was given the heart of a servant and blessed with a service business. I thank God for the freedom and ability to own a business and the opportunity to serve others. Alot of our clients and or their children are very sensitive to chemicals and cannot call a traditional carpet cleaner. Amazing green carpet cleaning is AMAZING! I had just purchased a home and provided a couple of dates and times that would fit in line with the painter's schedule and my move in date. The carpets really needed cleaning. James worked hard fit my home into his schedule and I couldn't have asked for the place to look or feel cleaner. James did an amazing job on our carpets. It's been about a year & a 1/2 now & they still look great because there wasn't a residue left behind to attract new dirt. We are Minnesota's ONLY Residential carpet cleaning specialists. We don't scrub the yuck out of hospitals and crime scenes, floods and sewage, shops and stores and then come to your home where your family dwells. We only clean homes. All other company's do whatever they can get their hands on. Notice the guy with the biggest ad in the phone book also cleans up floods, mildew, mold, sewage, meth labs, crime scenes etc...oh and he cleans carpets. Who do you want in your home? We can recommend a great company for commercial and remediation work, but our focus is only on You and Your family.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company you hire to maintain your home for you is well qualified, ethical, and a word to the wise, be wary of those who give a cheap price. Unfortunately our industry is ripe with carpet cleaning companies who are downright unethical and out to rip people off. You can get a price from any other company over the phone if you tell them how many rooms you have, however giving a price sight unseen does not let the company know what they are up against, how big or small the rooms in your home are, what the challenges are with stains and furniture moving etc. The price is sure to go up, even after you sign a contract with them that they will clean your carpets for x price, they always find ways to jack the price higher and higher. Most companies hire professional sales people and train them to clean carpets, they pay their techs a percentage of the job, not by the hour. So the cleaning tech is motivated to make the price as high as he can get it, and to quickly get through your home and on to the next job...so he can make more money.
