Michael was very professional. He arrived on time. Spent 2 hours ridding my computer of a virus. Explained everything that he was doing. Called several hours later to make sure everything was ok.

Initially he seemed knowledgable and reasonable on pricing. After running into issues with my computer I tried contacting him but after numerous attempts he still remained unresponsive. Unfortunately for someone who works at home this has put me into a huge bind. I would not recommend him to anyone else.
