- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I was 8 years old I was homeschooled and my dad ran Digital Media Matrix, a one-man video production company. He taught me how to build video editing computers and now his dream of running a family technology company is just launching and growing into realization. We are inventors, thinkers and innovators at heart, and the goal of Smartie Computers is to enable us to start other companies, all based on the same moral and ethical values to better our world! Ever since building my first computer I have been a very fast learner and I've grown into a master in many realms of technology; now we pass this expertise on by developing relationships with every person we work with.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The most important aspect of dealing with an IT provider or computer service center is your relationship with the people. Sometimes you find a person who is very good with your technology needs, but is not personable and cares only about getting billable hours. Smartie Computers is local, family-owned and run on our long-term relationships with small businesses and the general public everywhere!
