Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?
A. We have over 30 years of experience. All of our technicians have been working for us for ten years or more. Everyone has a vested interest in the company, therefore we have incentive to make customers for life. We recognize that our main job is to take good care of our customers.
Q. What do you like most about your job?
A. Everytime we enter a home, we fix a problem. Being able to improve someone's enviroment and how they personally feel about it is a great feeling.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How often should I have my carpets cleaned?
It is relative. Those with kids and pets generally should have their carpets cleaned annually. Most major carpet manufacturers reccomended once every 18 months.
