Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. How do you know that you will get a good job? We make sure our customers have a very good experience by measuring their satisfaction rate and paying a bonus to our crews for delivering "Extremely Pleased" customers. We accomplish this 85% of the time!

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Read the bids carefully. Over and over, we see clients get too many bids, and get confused between all the different bids and then just choose the lowest price. Surprisingly, they are often unhappy with the result. We recommend deciding on how you will choose a contractor before calling the first one. Write the procedure down and follow it.

Decide what the qualifications should be and then interview 3-4 potential bidders and get bids from 2-3. Call at least 3 references from each. Try to hire a contractor who specialized in exactly what you need done.
