Introduction: My name is Jess and my company is S&S Fitness. This is a virtual training system where I design a program for you and you do it in your own time at your own pace. You can workout in the comfort of your own home or actually use your gym membership, if you prefer. S&S Fitness is different from every other company in the area. We are small, very private, and focused entirely on results. Many of my clients, like you, are motivated to make a change but due to time or finances, haven't been able to work with a trainer in the past. That's why more and more people are coming to me for virtual training! For only $100 per month you get a full monthly program and a weekly yoga video to follow along with. You get access to healthy recipes on my exclusive website and a daily affirmation to motivate you for the rest of the day. The best part, each workout is designed specifically for you. Unlike those workout apps, I design your program based on your goals and the equipment you have available to you already, so you don't have to buy anything. A little about me: I have been a certified personal trainer since 2008 and have been in the fitness industry since 2003. I do not do cookie cutter programs and your fitness program will be personally designed by me to achieve your goals FAST. I am totally dedicated to helping my clients reach their fitness goals.
