I contacted Rob mid May to do some service work to my sprinklers. He told me he was going to be in Champlin the next week on Wednesday he said he will call 24 hours before Wednesday to set a time.I did not hear from him and it went to the beginning of June. So I called rob again and asked when he would be able to fit me into his schedule and I heard the same sob story of he is too busy he will be able to get me in next Wednesday.I told him not a big deal because we have had enough rain but I don t want to get to the point that we go a couple weeks without rain and my sprinklers don t work he said don t worry that won t happen I will get it taken care of next week. Well its June 20th and I still haven t heard from him so texted him one last time with a deadline of Friday end of business to have it fixed his response was and I quote Find someone else then. Dont threaten me, I don t need to work on your junk system!!! End quote.

The system was a Home Depot brand in which I do not install or warranty- Along with being a system I would never install, the system was old and should have been completely replaced. For this reason the only way I could get the point across to the home owner was to state "It's junk - find someone else to work on it." Sorry we pride ourselves on a system that can be trusted and serviced without issues. Thank you Rob

WE JUST MOVED INTO IUR NEW HOUSE AND ROD HAD STOPPED BUY TO BLOW OUT OUR SYSTEM NIT KNOW THAT SOMEONE NEW MOVED IN. HE TOLD US IT WAS ALREADY PAID FOR AND GOT IT DONE FOR US IN NO TIME. I THEN ASKED IF HE WOULD BE ABLE TO DO OUR RENTAL AND HE SAID HE WOULD. HE GOT THAT DONE AND GAVE US A GREAT DEAL. I RECOMMEND HIM AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE HIM
