Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?
A. It's a good idea to get 3 estimates. The substrate that tile is installed on and the adhesive used for installation are very important to consider for longevity. Also, a grout and/or stone tile sealer will prevent stains and keep your tile and grout looking new.
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. Layouts and preparation work are the foundations to an aesthetically pleasing tile job. Choosing a darker grout will hide dirt and stains.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Do you have referances? What type of substrate and adhesive would you use? What kinds of transitions will I have from tile to carpet, tile to wood, or tile to vinyl etc.
