- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We haven't had a sale in 37 years - we offer competitive pricing upfront. Our pricing, of course, differs depending on the specifics of your project and the types of materials used. Our proposals feature pricing that is discounted for payments in cash or check. If you would like to pay by credit card, we can accommodate that, but there is an additional 3.5% processing fee applied to your balance. We apologize if that is frustrating, but nearly 97% of our business is paid out via cash or check, and, thus, we decided to keep our prices lower and treat credit card transactions like an a la carte service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet with you at the closet location so we can go over your vision and explain what will and won't work using our decades of experience. The consultation is free, and once completed, we will send you a proposal with pricing and high-end (and for walk-in systems, interactive) closet renderings. Our pricing is good for 30 days from that proposal date.

Our company has been around for 37 years and the majority of our designers and installers have been with the company for over 20 years.
