- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually quote as one lot price based on how many people we are performing for as well as travel. We usually are able to offer several show sizes to give you price options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We get their basic info for you event such as the date, time, location, and rough number of people. We then propose different show options to choose from. We send a contract when the service is agreed on. We check in with the customer 1 month out from the event along with contacting facility to make sure we have our info correct and to make any adjustments. We also check in the week of the event too.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with business customers like General Mills, Best Buy, Target, and 3M just to name a few. . We work with many school and colleges in the area like U of M, University of St Thomas, Augsburg and many more. We perform for religious organizations. We perform shows for 20 people up to 500 plus, for big and small organizations. We also have provided team building sessions for quite of few businesses as well.
