David gave very good service! In fact, he found out my only problem was that my mouse had died so I bought a new mouse and everything is working fine again.
His prices were reasonable and he was very fair with pricing. David actually reduced the pricing after finding the problem to only be my mouse.
I would most definitely recommend David to anyone I know and if I ever need computer help again in the future, I know who to call!

David did a great job. Our video output was not working. He gave us several options for fixing the problem, one included just using the second video output - which meant there was no charge for the work. When I picked up the commuter he also had a printout which described all the repair options complete with prices for the repairs so we could refer to it later should we decide to fix the broken video output. The work was done quickly.

I use my computer for work, and I had to stop working immediately when my Kaspersky software told me that my computer had malware. I requested a quote to clean my machine, and Dave was one of those who responded right away. He came over and got my machine, and returned it the next day-problem solved. Efficient and effective.

I had a very challenging network connection issue with my Clear 4G WiFi Hotspot device that Dave was able to resolve - I also very much appreciated the in-home service that was provided by Compassionate Computers. In addition to the WiFi connection issue that Dave addressed, he also installed updated anti-virus software on my laptop. Dave did a great job!

My browsers Chrome and Windows Internet Explorer were rife with 'hijackers'. I could hardly even maneuver on the net. David got rid of all that malware. He also alerted me to a good deal on an anti-malware software. He's conscientious and thorough. I'd do business with him again. --Skye Smith
