We run a busy photography business in the Minneapolis area, and absolutely loved working with Garret. A. Out most common issues that come in are dealing with viruses, spyware, data backup, data restoration, hard drive upgrades, computer health and wellness checks.
A. Make sure they are knowledgeable in the field, they listen to your needs and work within them. Ask for clarification if something sounds greek to you, The technician should be able to explain things in understandable terms. Avoid techs who CAN'T! It's your tech and you deserve to have it functioning correctly and to have the issues resolved in a top notch fashion at an affordable price.

A. When dealing with computer problems and such it is nice to know all the problems going on with such a device before diving head first into the frying pan.
