Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. Stay away from companies that want to reinstall Windows before trying to fix the problem without wiping our your data. Also, try to avoid any repair shop that sends or mails your computer to another location as this will increase the service time by weeks and/or damage your computer more.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. All work is done locally by qualified technicians at our service center.

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. How did I get a virus on my computer?
A: Most likely you inadvertently clicked a link on an unsafe web page or email.

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. We really do care about customer's data. We do everything in our power to 'save' a customer's data. We always call the customer before performing any work if it may jeopardize their data.
