- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our services are based on an hourly rate of $20 per hour. Specialty services, such as audio equipment support, DJ services, and Home Theater installs are $25 per hour. If you live more than 30 miles from the Minneapolis city border, please understand that we charge a travel fee based on the cost of gas, millage of the car, and distance of the trip. This is usually minimal (about $0.50 to $1.00). If you are looking to purchase a computer from us, but aren't sure if our product is right for you, don't worry! Our custom PC consultation meetings are free of charge.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In technology it is important to stay up to date. That's why our company keeps up to date in reading a number of technology blogs and news feeds. Our main news feeds include Engadget, LifeHacker, and Gizmodo. From these three our news guru re-posts the most important news to our twitter, facebook, and google news feed.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We provide a large range of services, and I'd have to say they all get used equally. Most commonly we provide data back up, data restoration or recovery, Computer setup, network repairs, and audio equipment support for events. Though these are the main services we offer, we do provide many more as are listed on our website. All of our agents are trained in all of the areas of service, and chances are, if it's not listed on our website, one of them will know how to help you with your problem.
